Happy Tuesday!!! It’s my favorite day of the week (ok everyday is my favorite day because I LOVE WHAT I DO lol) Tech Tip Tuesday!!! This week I want to share 3 Analytic tools for your business. You SHOULD ALWAYS know your numbers for every part of your business. Whether it’s your social media, customer retention, customer acquisition, traditional marketing, email marketing etc. you should always know the numbers.
Thanks to technology it is easy for us to keep track of our numbers. Facebook and Twitter provides users with great analytic tools within their platforms. I actually love what they provide. It is very detailed and really give you a great overview of what is working and what is not working as it relate to marketing. Most if not all email marketing websites provides analytic tools (constant contact, mailchimp etc.). Knowing your numbers beyond social media marketing is very important. You should know how much money and time it takes to acquire or retain a customer.
With that all being said I went out and searched for the BEST Analytic Tools you should use in your business. Remember business is all about people, process and profit; They all impact one another. If you can’t acquire or retain people and your processes are screwed up than you won’t make a PROFIT!!

- Clicky– I know you are probably use to using Google Analytic but Clicky is analytic tool that gives you real time data regarding your website traffic also.
- Mint.com– You may be familiar with using Mint for your personal finances but Mint can actually be use for your business finances also. I love Mint and have been utilizing it for a while now.
- Buffer– Buffer is a great tool to you get major engagement stats for every update you post on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn. I love it because it measures several social media platforms.
Check these tools out. This is solely my opinion on these different tools but I truly believe that they can help enhance the process of your businesses.
